During the same period (2013-2015) that Stephen Chachere was photographing the Grand Concourse, he explored other areas and aspects of the city. New York was his catch-all category for these images.

Note Stephen’s dual interest in portraits and urban landscapes. And what better homage to the art of street photography than this image: A security officer and a maintenance technician, captured against a backdrop of the steps and façade of the Met, complete with a banner announcing the 2014 Garry Winogrand retrospective.
